Visual Standard: Candidates

Selection Criteria for Join Pak Army PMA:
During the selection process, candidates go through several
stages:
Written Exam/Skills: Candidates take a written exam
consisting of various questions covering English, Mathematics, Pakistan
Studies, Islam and General Knowledge.
Physical/Medical Testing and Interview: Candidates who pass
the test/skill will undergo physical and medical testing and interview at
AS&RC (Army Selection and Recruiting Center).
Physical Test: Competitors must complete the following
tasks:
Run 1.6 miles in 8 minutes.
Do 15 push-ups in 2 minutes.
Do 20 crunches in 2 minutes.
Complete 3 Chins - Standing in 2 minutes.
Dig a 7'4" x 7'4" trench 4' deep.
Psychological Test: Candidates who pass the physical test
will be subjected to psychological testing.
Final Interview: Eligible candidates undergo a final
interview before the AS&RC Selection Committee.
Salary:
According to our estimate and research, the minimum salary
of the candidate is 30,000 (PKR)) and the maximum salary is 40,000 (PKR).
